  1. Timeline creation
  2. Rehearsal coordination
  3. Complete set up and tear down
  4. Up to 5 in person meetings and a venue walk through
  5. At least 2 coordinators on site - up to 3 depending on need
  6. Communication and delivery of payment with vendors day of wedding
